Welcome to Kuki AI, an anime character chat and role-playing mobile application ("App") operated by Kuki AI Team ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the App, you ("User" or "you") agree to be bound by this User Agreement ("Agreement"). This App is strictly for users aged 18 and older. If you do not agree to these terms or are under 18, please do not use the App.
Kuki AI is exclusively for users who are 18 years of age or older. By using the App, you confirm that you are at least 18 and agree to comply with this Agreement and our Privacy Policy. If you are found to be under 18, your access will be terminated immediately, and any associated data will be deleted.
Kuki AI allows you to engage in text-based chat and role-playing with anime-inspired AI characters. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to this Agreement.

Any content you create or submit through Kuki AI, such as chat messages or role-playing dialogue ("User Content"), remains your property. By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, store, and display such content solely to operate and improve the App.
You are responsible for ensuring your User Content:
We reserve the right to review, moderate, or remove User Content that violates this Agreement.
All content, designs, characters, and features of Kuki AI, excluding User Content, are owned by or licensed to Kuki AI Team and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of our content without prior written consent.
Your use of Kuki AI is subject to our Privacy Policy, which details how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the App, you consent to our data practices as described therein.
We may suspend or terminate your access to Kuki AI at our discretion, with or without notice, if you violate this Agreement, are found to be under 18, or engage in conduct we deem harmful to the App or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease, and we may delete your account and associated data, subject to our Privacy Policy.
You may terminate this Agreement by deleting your account and uninstalling the App.
Kuki AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted access. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or secure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kuki AI Team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to use the App, if any.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kuki AI Team, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the App, violation of this Agreement, or infringement of third-party rights.
We may update this Agreement periodically. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms in the App or via email. Your continued use of Kuki AI after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.
